Directions
MAKING
1) In a skillet, gently saute the onion and mushrooms in butter alongwith the ginger, salt, pepper and glutamate powder until soft.
2) Turn off the heat, mash with a wooden spoon and stir in milk powder or ground almonds to prepare a soft paste.
SERVING
3) Use as required.
