Mushroom Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1/2 , diced | |
| 1/4 cup Planters Peanut Oil | ||
| 2 large cloves garlic, crushed | ||
| Turmeric | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tsp. crushed chili OR paprika | ||
| Mushrooms | 1 Pound, sliced | |
| 1 1/2 tbsp. tomato paste, thinned out with a little water | ||
| Tomatoes | 2 , peeled | |
| Powdered ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Dash soy sauce | ||
| Shrimp powder | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Fry onion in Planters Peanut Oil until transparent.
Add garlic, turmeric and fry a few additional minutes.
Add chili, mushrooms, tomato paste, tomatoes, ginger and salt.
Cover until everything is cooked.
