Mushroom Cloud Gravy Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Leek | 1 , chopped | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Oregano | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Thyme | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Coconut milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 T soy sauce substitute | ||
| Arrowroot | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, thoroughly combine arrowroot, coconut milk and soy sauce substitute.
MAKING
2) In a saucepan, heat oil to sauté the leeks and mushrooms by adding oregano and thyme for 5 minutes.
3) Pour in the arrowroot mixture and allow simmering by continuous stirring until the liquid becomes thick.
SERVING
4) Serve the gravy hot by seasoning with herbs.
