 Chicken - 2 pounds, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
 Cooking oil1 Tablespoon
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 Mushrooms6 Medium, dried
 Chinese red prunes - 4 medium, pitted and sliced
 Green - 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
 Ginger piece1
 Chinese oyster sauce - 1 teaspoon
 Soy sauce3 Tablespoon (Marinade:)
 Ginger piece1 (Marinade:)
 Monosodium glutamate1/2 Teaspoon (Marinade:)
 Whiskey3 Drop (Marinade:)

Directions

MAKING
1. With oil and cornstarch rub chicken to coat completely and add mushrooms, prunes, green onions, ginger and oyster sauce.
2. In a bowl combine marinade ingredients and mix with chicken mixture.
3. Marinate overnight and steam the mixture 45 minutes or until done.

SERVING
4. Garnish with Chinese parsley and serve.
