| Mushrooms | 1/2 Pint, sliced | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| 1 - 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup | ||
| Chicken broth | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooked chicken | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tbsp. soya sauce | ||
Directions
Saute sliced mushrooms and onion in oil over medium heat until golden - about 5 minutes.
Add soup, broth, chicken and soya sauce.
Mix well and place in casserole.
Cover with 1/2 cup crushed potato chips.
Heat in 350°F oven until bubbly, approximately 20 minutes.
Serve with green salad and crisp rolls.
