Mushroom Caps With Caviar Or Ginger Recipe
Ingredients
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |

| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 6 large mushroom caps | ||
| 2-3 tbsp. yogurt OR sour cream | ||
| 3 tbsp. caviar OR 1 tbsp. grated candied ginger | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic powder together and mix well.
2) Marinate the mushroom caps in the mixture and set aside for 1 to 24 hours, turning frequently.
SERVING
3) Top the mushroom caps with yogurt or sour cream and caviar or ginger and serve immediately.
