Mushroom Canapes Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 lb mushrooms, minced
3 T corn germ oil
3 T wholewheat flour
1 c milk
1/4 c powdered milk
1/4 t sea salt
Dash paprika
Dash nutmeg
1/4 c yogurt
24 toasted wholewheat bread rounds

Directions
Saute minced mushrooms.
Prepare cream sauce by heating oil and blending in flour, stirring for 5 minutes.
Then add milk pre-mixed with powdered milk.
Cook and stir sauce with wire whisk until thickened.
Add salt, paprika and nutmeg.
When cold, stir in yogurt and pour over mushrooms.
