 Mushrooms1⁄2 Pound, minced
 Corn germ oil3 Tablespoon
 Whole-wheat flour3 Tablespoon
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Powdered milk1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Sea salt1⁄4 Tablespoon
 Paprika1 Dash
 Nutmeg1 Dash
 Yogurt1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Whole wheat bread crumbs24 , toasted

Directions

Saute minced mushrooms.
Prepare cream sauce by heating oil and blending in flour, stirring for 5 minutes.
Then add milk pre-mixed with powdered milk.
Cook and stir sauce with wire whisk until thickened.
Add salt, paprika and nutmeg.
When cold, stir in yogurt and pour over mushrooms.
