Mushroom Beef Patties Recipe

Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 1 3 Ounce, chopped | |
| Herb | 1 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| 4 1-inch slices French bread | ||
| 2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard | ||
Directions
Preheat broiler.
Meanwhile, drain mushrooms, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
Mix 1/3 cup of the mushrooms, the stuffing mix, 1/3 cup sour cream, onion, Worcestershire, and nutmeg.
Add beef; mix well.
Shape into four 5-inch patties.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat 5 to 6 minutes.
Turn; broil 5 to 6 minutes more.
Toast bread in broiler pan during last few minutes of broiling.
Meanwhile, in saucepan mix the reserved liquid, remaining mushrooms, remaining sour cream, and mustard.
Heat through (do not boil).
