Directions
Sprinkle two pinches of salt on the oysters and mix gently. Set it aside while you are preparing the other ingredients.
Mince 2 Tbsp worth of green onion and ½ Tbsp worth of red hot pepper.
Combine one large egg, the chopped vegetables, and 2 pinches of salt in a small mixing bowl.
Coat the salted oysters with ¼ cup of flour.
Dip the floured oysters into the egg mixture.
Fry the oyster in a heated and generously oiled pan on medium-high.
When both sides of the jeon become golden brown, it is done.
