 Double cream150 Milliliter
 Natural yogurt150 Milliliter
 Dried mushroom soup mix - 1/2 packet
 Lean cooked ham - 50 g/2 oz , finely chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Ground black pepper1
 Paprika pepper- to finish

Directions

MAKING
1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and beat well. Set the paprika aside for later user
2. Pour this into a flexible container and freeze for later use. Seal and label the container before serving.

SERVING
3. Serve fresh or remove from freezer and thaw for four hours before serving
4. Beat well and serve chilled after sprinkling with paprika
