Mushroom and Ham Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Double cream | 150 Milliliter | |
| Natural yogurt | 150 Milliliter | |
| Dried mushroom soup mix - 1/2 packet | ||
| Lean cooked ham - 50 g/2 oz , finely chopped | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 | |
| Paprika pepper- to finish | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and beat well. Set the paprika aside for later user
2. Pour this into a flexible container and freeze for later use. Seal and label the container before serving.
SERVING
3. Serve fresh or remove from freezer and thaw for four hours before serving
4. Beat well and serve chilled after sprinkling with paprika
