Ingredients

| Velveeta cheese | 1 Pound | |
| Lean ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Tomato puree | 1 | |
| 1 lb. onions chopped fine | ||
| Mushrooms | 1 | |
| Salt, pepper, garlic salt | ||

Directions
Saute beef and onions in butter, cook macaroni in usual way, add melted cheese to saute; add tomato puree, add mushrooms, include liquor from mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste.
Mix with macaroni, stir constantly until well mixed.
