Muruku is a very tasty and popular snack and is made for festivals like janmashtami and divali ..it is also very easy to make and can be stored for over a week .. here is how it is made.. take four measures of rice flour, 1 measure of udad flour, 1 table spoon plain butter, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, pinch of hing, and one teaspoon of sesme seeds, make into a thick dough, and extrude a spiral shape onto a plastic sheet, take this and deep fry to a golden color.. cool well till it becomes crisp .. and EAT !
