Ingredients

 1 kg. jointed chicken
 Ghee6 Tablespoon
 1 large finely sliced onion
 Salt To Taste
 1 cup beaten yoghurt mixed with 1/2 cup milk
 Poppy seeds1 Tablespoon
 1/2 cup blanched and coarsely ground almonds
 Powdered saffron1/4 Teaspoon, heated
 4 whole green chillies

Directions

In hot ghee, fry chicken pieces till brown, remove.
In same ghee, fry onions golden.
Add in yoghurt, almonds, poppy seeds, salt and chillies when mixture boils, add chicken pieces and simmer till chicken is done and a thick gravy formed.
