.1 medium chicken (Cut in to 16 pec.)
.1 cup yogurt
.2tb.spoon ginger paste
.4 teaspoons garlic paste
2 medium onion (chopped)
.1 teaspoon red chili powder
.2 tbl sp. desiccated coconut
5 tablespoons cashew nuts paste
.4 tablespoons almon paste
.pinch ground nutmeg
.4tb.sp.oil or butter
.1/4 tea sp. green cardamom powder10 whole cloves
.2 inches cinnamon sticks
.1 bay leaf
.1/4 teaspoon mace
.1/3 cup chopped coriander leaves
.salt to taste
Directions
.Remove Skin,clean and Cut into bite size Pieces.
.mix Curd and Keep Aside.
.Make a marinade of Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Onions, Red Chillies, Coconut, Cashewnut Paste, almond paste and Salt with yougurt and leave the Chicken in this Marinade for 20 Minutes.
.Heat oil in a pot and add Whole Garam Masala and cook over Medium Heat until it begins to Crackle.
. add Chicken along with the Marinade and then bring to Boil and .reduced heat and cook for 8-10 Minutes.
.Add 1/2 cup Water and boil for another 5 Minutes.
cook till Chicken is Tender.
.add salt, Check the Seasoning and Adjust Accordingly.
.Serve Hot Garnished with Chopped fresh Coriander Leaves and Serve with Ric
