Ingredients

 Chicken breast2 Pound
 Eggs2
 Green chilly10 Small
 Chopped onion1 Medium
 Mint leaves10
 Chopped cilantro1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Ginger2 Inch
 Garlic10 Clove (50 gm)
 Basil leaves10
 Garam masala2 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Method

Cut the chicken breast into small dices.
Place the chicken in a bowl, add green chily, Mint, Cilantro, fresh Ginger ,Garlic and chopped onions.
Mix it well and mince all the ingredients together .
Add eggs, chopped mint, Garam Masala and Salt to taste to the minced chicken.
Mix it well. Keep the mixture aside for 15 minutes.
Divide the minced Chicken into 8 equal portions shaped into a ball. Skewer using a wet hand , spred the ball by pressing each along the length of the skewer two inches apart and making each kabab 6 inches long.
Roast in a moderately hot tandoor (clay oven) for 6-8 minutes until they are lightly golden.
served on platter,garnish with onion rings and lemon wedge,with mint chutney.


Note: If you don’t have a clay oven , you could cook the skewers on a grill.
