Murgh Makhani Badami Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken : 2 small cut into small pieces | ||
| Curd | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Khas khas and kharbooza seeds : 1 tbsp each | ||
| Kaju : 5 to 7 | ||
| Green cardamom | 5 | |
| Red chillies seedless : 5 | ||
Directions
1. Saute 2 onions after chopping them fine.
2. Add marinated chicken along with 1 Tsp caramelized sugar
3. When cooked on slow fire and ready add dry masalas and cream.
Dry grind: Zeera 1/2 tsp, dal chini 1 piece, javitri 1/4 tsp jaiphal 1/2 cloves 4, after roasting together on a tava.
Grind green coriander separately.
Add just before adding cream.
Chop some almonds lengthwise, lightly fry and decorate chicken with them.
