Chocolate Marshmallow Delight Recipe Video
This is my mother's recipe. I love almost every recipe she made. I want to share this one with you. Enjoy!!!
Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
2 oz semi sweet chocolate
I c icing sugar
1 egg large
1/2 c chopped walnuts
3 c small colored marshmallows
2 c dry coconut flakes
Directions
Melt and mix butter and chocolate in a double boiler. In a bowl, mix egg, icing sugar and chocolate mix. Then add walnuts and marshmallows. Mix it well. Now divide this mix into three parts and spread each part on a wax paper. Roll them up tight and refrigerate for an hour. Then roll then on dry coconut and slice in 1/4 inch pieces. Refrigerate them until served.
