Multigrain Bread ( Wheat, Mixed Grains ) Recipe

Ingredients

 Grains1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), mixed
 Whole wheat8 Cup (16 tbs)
 Hot water5 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup molasses or honey
 1 250 mg vitamin C tablet, crushed
 Yeast3 Tablespoon
 Oil1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 tablespoons granulated lecithin
 Salt1 1/2 Tablespoon

Directions

Coarsely mill the mixed grain in the Magic Mill III Plusâ„¢.
Remove from pan, and grind the wheat on the same setting.
Combine water, molasses or honey, vitamin C, and yeast in Bosch mixing bowl.
Let yeast activate.
Add oil, lecithin, salt, mixed grain flour, and enough wheat flour to make a soft dough.
Mix well.
Knead 10 to 12 minutes, adding additional wheat flour as the kneading progresses until dough cleans the sides of the Bosch bowl.
Divide dough into six equal portions, and shape into balls.
Drop into wellgreased 46ounce juice cans.
Let rise to within 1 inch of the top of the can.
Bake in a 350° F. oven for 35 minutes.
