 Multigrain4 2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinaigrette dressing
 1 each medium-size green and yellow bell peppers, stemmed, seeded, and finely chopped
 Green onion1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 large firm-ripe tomato, cored and finely chopped
 1 medium-size cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Let cooked grain mix cool.
In a bowl, mix grains with dressing, bell peppers, green onion, tomato, cucumber, and salt and pepper to taste.
