Multi Colored Salad Recipe

Just as it is colorful to look, this Multi Colored Salad is also healthy. Multi Colored Salad puts together some very essential vegetables like cabbage, spinach and beets. There are few who do not like it!

Ingredients

 
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) cabbage, chopped
 
1 cup (250 ml) lettuce, chopped
 
1 cup (250 ml) beets,cooked, diced
 
1/2 cup (125 ml) spinach leaves, diagonally sliced
 
1 cup (250 ml) plain yogurt
 
2 tsp (10 ml) prepared mustard
 
1 onion, finely chopped
 
Salt and pepper
 
Chopped parsley

Directions

–  In a salad bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and set aside.
–  In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, mustard, and onion and pour over vegetables.
–  Season with salt and pepper. Toss gently. Sprinkle with parsley.
