 Carrot1 , finely chopped
 Cooking apple1 , chopped
 Flour50 Gram
 Beef stock1 Liter
 Long grain rice15 Gram (Easy Cook Variety)
 Lemon juice20 Milliliter
 Cream30
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Heat the oil in a pan.
Fry the meat, onion, carrot and apple gently.
Stir in the curry powder and flour and slowly add the stock and seasoning.
Bring to the boil and add the rice, chutney and lemon juice.
Transfer to the Slo cooker and cook for recommended time.
Stir in the cream just before serving.
