Mullet Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 10 to 12 skinned and boned mullet fillets (2 to 3 pounds total) | ||
| Greek seasoning (such as Cavender's), to taste | ||
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| 2 green bell peppers, seeded and chopped | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), peeled | |
| Whole tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Hot cooked rice | ||
Directions
Lightly grease a 12-inch skillet with olive oil.
Cover the bottom with fish fillets.
Add Greek seasoning, onion, bell peppers and garlic.
Crush tomatoes; add to fish mixture.
Add vinegar.
Cover and simmer about 45 minutes.
