Mulled Apple Cider Recipe
Ingredients
| Apple cider | 8 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Nutmeg | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Light brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs), lightly packed | |
| Cinnamon | 1 4 Inch | |
| Whole Cloves | 8 | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Combine the cider, brown sugar, lemon juice, and nutmeg in a stainless steel or enamel saucepan.
Tie the cinnamon stick and cloves in a cheesecloth bag and place it in the pan.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove the bag of spices.
Serve hot.
