Mulled Wine Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon sticks | 3 | |
| Whole Cloves | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oranges | 3 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Lemon | 1 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Almonds | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 gallon Burgundy wine | ||
Directions
1. Combine sugar, water, cinnamon, cloves in 6-quart Electric Wok; add orange and lemon slices, raisins, almonds; bring to boil on 300°F. setting; boil 5 minutes.
2. Reduce setting to 200°-225°F.; add wine; simmer until heated through, stirring occasionally. (Do not boil.) Makes 5 quarts
