Mulled Wine Recipe
Ingredients
| Red wine | 4 Ounce | |
| Water | 7 Ounce | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pinch ground allspice | ||
| Small piece of cinnamon stick, to taste | ||
| Twist of lemon peel | ||
| 2 or 3 whole cloves | ||
| Dash of angostura bitters | ||
Directions
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Stir and heat, but do not boil.
Strain steaming mixture into a large, warm wineglass or mug.
