 Apple cider3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Brown sugar3 Tablespoon
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Ground nutmeg - a dash
 Allspice1/2 Teaspoon
 Whole Cloves1/2 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon stick1
 Orange - 2 slices, cut in half

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Tie the whole spices in a piece of cheesecloth.
MAKING
2. In a small (4 cup) microwave proof measure or bowl, combine apple cider, brown sugar, salt and nutmeg and add the spice bag.
3. Heat in the microwave for 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 minutes, stirring onece halfway through cooking time.
4. Allow the cider to stand for 5 minutes to that flavors of spices infuse into the liquid.
5. Remove spice bag

SERVING
6. Pour into hot mugs
7. Serve garnished with orange slices if you like
