 Oil4 Tablespoon
For baghar:
 Mustard seeds1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Cumin seeds1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Asafoetida1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Gram flour2 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon (Extracted From 1 Fruit)
 Garlic flakes10 Gram, crushed (About 6 Flakes)
 Chopped green chilies3

Directions

Apply salt to radish and keep for 10 mins., wash well and keep aside.
Heat oil in a karhai, put in baghar, when it is light brown, add radish and stir well.
Cover and simmer till radish is cooked.
Sprinkle salt and gram flour over the radish and fry till flour is brown.
Add lemon juice, stir well, remove from fire.
Serve with phulkas.
