Ingredients

 Radish4 Large
 Scraped and cut into thin rounds
 Oil4 Tablespoon
 Mustard seeds1/4 Teaspoon (Baghar:)
 1/2 tsp. cummin seeds
 Asafoetida1/4 Teaspoon (Baghar:)
 Salt To Taste (Baghar:)
 Gram flour2 Tablespoon (Baghar:)
 Lemon juice1 (Baghar:)
 Garlic10 Gram, crushed (Baghar:)
 Green chillies3 , chopped (Baghar:)

Directions

Apply salt to radish and keep for 10 mins., wash well and keep aside.
Heat oil in a karhai, put in baghar, when it is light brown, add radish and stir well.
Cover and simmer till radish is cooked.
Sprinkle salt and gram flour over the radish and fry till flour is brown.
Add lemon juice, stir well, remove from fire.
Serve with phulkas.
