Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
| Flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Baking powder | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Crisco | 3 Tablespoon |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 400° and grease muffin pans
MAKING
2. In a large bowl, tip in the flour, sugar, baking powder and the salt and mix well
3. Add the egg, milk and the Crisco to the pan and mix quickly till the dry ingredients are just mixed.
4. Fill the muffin pans 2/3 full and bake for 20-25 minutes till done.
SERVING
5. Serve warm with butter, jam and clotted cream
