Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
| Flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Baking powder | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Skim milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2.Sieve flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
3.Fold mixture of egg, milk and oil into it.
4.Add flour and mix well so that the batter is moist and lumpy.
MAKING
5.Take 18 greased muffin tins.
6.Put the batter with a tablespoon in each and bake for 25 minutes until brown.
SERVING
7.Serve with whipped cream.
