Ingredients

 
Flour 900gms
 
Salt 15gm
 
Milk 300 [+/-] approx
 
Sugar 5gm
 
Yeast 30gms
 
Oil 30ml [to add at the last]

Directions

Make a soft dough using all the above ingredients
Add oil and mix the dough until the oil is incorporated
Roll out the dough and cut 1”flat and 4”round cutter
Coat both the sides of the muffins with semolina
Prove and bake at 180C for 12-15minutes [until golden]

Note: the finished muffins should be of 1 ½ “ height.
