Muffin Mix Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 package orange muffin mix
2 tablespoons pineapple apricot preserves
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons chopped California walnuts
Directions
Prepare batter from muffin mix according to package directions.
Pour into greased 8xl 1/2 inch round pan.
Dot preserves (cut any large pieces) evenly over batter.
Sprinkle with Streusel Topping: Combine sugar and flour.
Cut in butter till crumbly; stir in the chopped walnuts.
Bake in hot oven (400°) 18 to 20 minutes or till done.
Cut into wedges.
