Muffin Mix Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 package orange muffin mix | ||
| Apricot pineapple preserves | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| All purpose flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| California walnuts | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Prepare batter from muffin mix according to package directions.
Pour into greased 8xl 1/2 inch round pan.
Dot preserves (cut any large pieces) evenly over batter.
Sprinkle with Streusel Topping: Combine sugar and flour.
Cut in butter till crumbly; stir in the chopped walnuts.
Bake in hot oven (400°) 18 to 20 minutes or till done.
Cut into wedges.
