Muffaletta Style Po Boys Recipe
Muffaletta Style Po Boys is a tasty club sandwich. Muffaletta Style Po Boys gets its taste from stuffed olive and ham mixed with cheese.
Ingredients

| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 1/2 tablespoons pimiento stuffed olive juice | ||
| Ham slices | 12 | |
| 1/2 cup chopped pimiento stuffed olives | ||
| Salami slice | 12 | |
| Ripe olives | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Mozzarella cheese slice | 12 | |
Directions
Heat club rolls according to package directions.
Split rolls; place cut side up on baking sheets.
Combine mayonnaise and olive juice, stirring well; spread on each roll half.
Fold each ham slice in half, and place 2 folded slices on bottom half of each roll.
Top ham evenly with pimiento stuffed olives.
Fold salami slices, and place 2 slices on top of olives.
Top each evenly with ripe olives.
Fold cheese slices, and place 2 slices on each remaining roll half.
Place roll halves under broiler, and broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Place cheese halves on top of meat halves; slice to serve
