Ingredients

 Dried apricots3 Ounce, washed
 Orange OR Lemon peel - A little, grated
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Barbados Sugar - 2 teaspoons
 Muesli base OR Whole Rolled Oats - 1 tablespoon
 Chopped1 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl mix the chopped fruits, the peel, lemon juice, cereals and sugar and mix well.
4. Add enough water to cover and leave it over night.

SERVING
3. Serve in the morning garnished with chopped nuts.
