Mu Shu Burgers Recipe
|Flour tortillas||8 (Each About 8 Inches In Diameter)|
|Lean ground pork||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Finely chopped water chestnuts/Finely chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced or pressed|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hoisin sauce||To Taste|
|Green onion with tops||1 Bunch (100 gm), cut into slivers|
|Bean sprouts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fresh cilantro sprigs||2 (Corriander)|

In a large bowl, combine pork, chopped onion, bread crumbs, egg, water chestnuts, garlic, soy, and ginger.
Shape mixture into 8 logs, each about 3 inches long.
Place pork logs on a lightly greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of hot coals.
Cook, turning frequently, until meat is no longer pink in center; cut to test (12 to 14 minutes).
Also heat foil-wrapped tortillas at side of grill (not directly over coals) until warm (about 10 minutes); turn several times.
