Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl beat eggs with milk; add salt, pepper and bread.
2. Add onion, carrots, cheese and meat; mix until combined.
3. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray.
4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar and mustard.
5. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

MAKING
6. Place turkey mixture in a loaf pan.
7. Pour and spread ketchup mixture over the meat.
8. Bake at 350° for 60 mins or until meat thermometer inserted in the middle reads 170°.

SERVING
9. Serve meatloaf with mashed potatoes.
