Mqck Enchilada Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 2 Pound | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Canned chili | 30 Ounce | |
| Canned tomato sauce | 16 Ounce | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Corn chips | 6 Ounce, crushed | |
| Grated cheddar cheese/Tillamook cheese | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Canned sliced olives | 2 1⁄4 Ounce | |
| Grated parmesan cheese | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
Brown ground beef; add onion and cook until slightly brown.
Add chili with beans, tomato sauce and seasonings and simmer 15 minutes.
Add corn chips, cheese and olives.
Mix well; pour into greased 9 x 12-inch glass casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
