|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|

Cube remainder and combine with tomatoes and remaining ingredients.
Pour into a buttered 1-quart casserole.
Arrange reserved cheese strips on top.
Bake in a 375° F.oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
This casserole can be prepared in advance, refrigerated and baked at serving time.
Add 10 minutes to baking time.
Do not put strips of cheese on top until casserole is ready to go into the oven.
