Mozzarella Marinated With Capers And Anchovies Recipe
Ingredients
| Mozzarella cheese | 12 Ounce | |
| 12 flat anchovy fillets, halved lengthwise | ||
| Capers | 6 Tablespoon, drained, rinsed | |
| Leaves | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups olive oil, preferably extra-virgin | ||
| 3 fresh plum tomatoes, sliced | ||
Directions
1. Cut mozzarella into 1/4 inch slices. In a glass bowl, layer slices of mozza-rella with anchovies, capers, and parsley. Cover with olive oil. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 days.
