Easy Homemade Moussaka Recipe

2 tablespoons shortening
1 pound ground lamb
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium eggplant, pared and diced
3 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon oregano
2 whole tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup water
Grated cheese for garnish
Directions
Heat shortening in cooker.
Brown the lamb and onion together.
Add rest of in gredients in order given.
Close cover and set pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 5 minutes.
Cool cooker at once under running water.
Sprinkle moussaka with grated cheese and serve
