Ingredients

 Onions3 Medium
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm)
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Mint leaves - 2 to 3 sprigs, fresh (or 1 tablespoon dry leaf mint)
 Parsley sprigs2
 Honey2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Tomato sauce2 Can (10oz)
 Leaf rosemary - 1/4 teaspoon, dry

Directions

MAKING
1) In a food processor bowl with a metal blade, process the onions until finely chopped.
2) In a saucepan, saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil over a medium heat for 5-8 minutes until transparent.
3) In a processor bowl with a metal blade, process the mint leaves and parsley until finely minced.
4) Stir into the onions alongwith the honey, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and rosemary. Then simmer covered for about 30 minutes.

SERVING
5) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
