Ingredients

 
Feed your starter an extra amount the night before.
 
2 cups sourdough starter, the consistency of a heavy pancake batter
 
1/2 cup warm water
 
2 tablespoons raw honey
 
2 teaspoons sea salt
 
2 teaspoons low-sodium baking powder
 
2 eggs
 
4 tablespoons unrefined oil

Directions

Dissolve the honey and salt in the warm water.
Add the baking powder, then stir this mixture into the starter.
Beat in the eggs and oil with a spoon, until the mixture is smooth.
Bake on a medium-hot, oiled griddle.
To make the sourdough go further, add more warm water and whole wheat flour to the batter.
Just keep the consistency about the same.
