Ingredients

 Soft margarine stick1
 Flour1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Nuts1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Package cream cheese8 Ounce, softened
 Confectioner’s sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 container Cool-Whip
 4-ounce package chocolate instant pudding.
 4-ounce package vanilla instant pudding
 Cold milk2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Hershey bar1 Small, grated

Directions

Combine margarine, flour and nuts in bowl.
Mix well; press in bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Let cool.
Combine cream cheese and confectioners' sugar.
Mix until fluffy.
Fold in 1 cup Cool-Whip.
Spread over baked crust.
Combine chocolate and vanilla puddings with milk.
Mix until thick and creamy.
Pour over cheese mixture.
Chill until set.
Top with remaining Cool-Whip.
Grate Hershey bar on top.
Refrigerate until served.
