Moulded Rice Salad Recipe
Moulded Rice Salad has a Sole taste.The Vinegar and Sugar gives the Moulded Rice Salad Enormous taste.
Ingredients
| 2 cup left-over khichree or brown rice | ||
| 1/2 cup shelled and boiled green, peas | ||
| 1 cup hopped spring onion | ||
| 1 tsp hinly sliced capsicum | ||
| Cashewnuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), mixed (FOR THE SALAD :) | |
| 1/4 cup seedless raisins or sultanas | ||
| Oil | 2 Teaspoon (FOR THE DRESSING:) | |
| Vinegar | 1 Teaspoon (FOR THE DRESSING:) | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon (FOR THE DRESSING:) | |
| A dash of any hot sauce | ||
| 2 tsp chopped sweet mango pickle | ||
| 250 gms shelled and boiled green peas | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Mix all the above salad ingredients together.
Blend the dressing together thoroughly and toss the salad ingredients in it.
Mould the salad in a ring mould, pressing the rice down firmly.
Refrigerate.
When ready to serve, unmould carefully on a salad platter and spoon green peas in the centre and around the mould.
