Ingredients

 Gelatine, 2 envelopes
 Lemon juice1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Banana1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange3 Cup (16 tbs), peeled
 Apple1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Pear, chopped, 3/4 cup
 Orange juice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar, 3/4 to 1 cup
 Pepper and salt, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
 Pepper and salt, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon

Directions

Soak gelatine in water for 15 minutes.
Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar.
Place on low heat to dissolve.
Remove from heat and add orange juice.
Pour half inch gelatine mixture in an aluminium mould and put in refrigerator to set.
Take the mould from refrigerator and arrange a layer of banana and orange wedges on the set gelatine.
Pour another 1/2 inch layer of gelatine to cover the fruits and chill until firm.
When this is set, arrange orange and apple wedges.
Pour more gelatine mixture to cover these fruits and set.
When this is done arrange pear wedges and pour remaining gelatine mixture.
Chill until firm (for two to three hours).
Unmould on a serving plate.
Place grapes around the mould, if desired.
