Directions

GETTING READY
1)Soak the peas in water overnight. Drain.

MAKING
2)In a saucepan add peas and water enough to cover peas, baking powder and asafetida.
3)Cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat until peas are tender. Drain.

SERVING
4)In a serving plate, add peas, tamarind sauce, whipped yogurt and chat spices and chutneys. Crumble golgappas and serve.
