Directions

Oven roasted potatoes:
Preheat the oven to 425F. Chop the potatoes in large cubes. In a baking dish put the potatoes. Pour the oil and the vegan butter on top and stir a little to coat all potatoes. Sprinkle the sea salt and pepper on top and stir once again. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and put inside the oven for 45mins. Every 15mins you should stir the potatoes by opening the cover.

Asparagus:
Boil water on high heat and add oil to it. Cut the asparagus at their end. Blanch the asparagus for 30 secs in hot water and drain the water out. Put the asparagus back into the pan and add the seasoning. Serve them on plate by garnishing with fresh dill.

Chinese Barbeque:
Turn the heat on high and add the oil to the pan for heating up. Prepare the seasoning by mixing with water. Pour in a big bowl and marinate the soy protein in this. Place the marinated soy protein in the heated pan for searing. Cook both the sides carefully till the water evaporates.
