Directions

MAKING
1. Take a skillet and melt butter in it. Add onion and bacon. Fry for a while til the smoky flavor is rendered.
2. Once they are done, pour in the beaten eggs and let them cook from the bottom. Then add on top crumbled feta cheese.
3. Then push this into a broiler until the eggs on top are done. Once done plate the fried eggs.

SERVING
4. Serve warm garnished with some diced tomatoes and bell pepper.
