 Orange food coloring2 Drop (For Frosting & Decoration, Few Drops Required)
 Semi-sweet chocolate2 Ounce (For Frosting & Decoration, 50 Grams)
 Chopped pistachio nuts2 Teaspoon (For Frosting & Decoration)
 Sugar daisies12 (For Frosting & Decoration, Bought Or Made From Almond Paste)

Directions

Grease and flour a 9-inch (23-cm) springform cake pan.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
To make cake, prepare orange cake mix with eggs, water and oil, if required, according to package instructions.
Spread batter evenly in cake pan.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes, following package instructions to test doneness.
Cool as indicated on package.
To make frosting and decoration, heat orange juice in a small saucepan.
Sift powdered sugar into a small bowl; stir in enough hot orange juice to give a coating consistency.
Beat in orange coloring thoroughly.
Pour frosting over cooled cake; let set.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler over low heat.
Make a small pastry bag from baking parchment
Place melted chocolate in pastry bag; pipe rings round edge of cake.
Sprinkle with pistachios.
Stick sugar daisies onto chocolate rings at equal intervals, using a little melted chocolate to seal.
