Mostaccioli Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato Paste | 6 Ounce | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese Shredded Parmesan cheese | ||
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 8-ounce Mostaccioli noodles | ||
Directions
Brown meat slowly, along with green pepper and onion.
Cook until tender.
Stir in water, tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings.
In a 2-quart casserole, mix together cooked noodles, meat sauce and Cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
