I have cooked this dish several times and it turns out every time. The prep time for me takes much much longer than approx stated here. I think my downfall is that I seem to only be able to by the shrimp I have to peel and de-vein. Huh....I have added scallops as well and it was very delicious.

This shrimp recipe seems to be very delicious with garlic - however, i would love to increase the amount in this recipe...also, i think it will taste much better if we use more pepper and other spices in the recipe...!

Shrimp/prawn cook quickly whether stirfried, steamed, boiled, deep fried, or as a ceviche. My least favourite is deep fried unless done fast so as not to dry them out. The Japanese make a shrimp tempura that is lovely. There is a huge difference between fresh water shrimp such as in India, and Thailand's Tiger Prawn/shrimp used in curry and in the popular Tom Yum Goong (Hot Sour Soup). I love them all. Fresh sweet Bay Shrimp from Oregon, USA are amazing. This Moroccan recipe sounds great and I will make it soon!

I think this would be excellent using some Harissa! I'd serve this with steamed couscous-yum. Love cooking Moroccan Cuisine-so much flavour. Another easier way to "grate tomatoes"-just scoup out seeds if desired, pulse in food processor. Also using heirloom tomatoes such as Ox Hearts gives more flavour and they have just a few tiny seeds. Last night I made a Greek dish using some of my home canned tomatoes instead of fresh-gives great flavour when fresh from the garden aren't available-like now-May. We just have planted our tomato plants yesterday so it will be Aug-Oct for yummy fresh heirloom tomatoes here in the SF Bay Area.

I like shrimp more when it is fried cos i have a feeling that the boiled ones taste a little raw..though this dish seems to have a lot of spices..maybe it will be different...the sauce looks delicious...

This Shrimp dish seems to have an incredibly exciting combination - first of all garlic goes best with any seafood and I just loved the spicy tomato sauce twist you have brought in, instead the usual sweet version! I have heard that moroccan dishes are much on the spicier side, so i expected a lil more of ground pepper :)
